The rapper promised to use his connections to help get the U.S. women's water polo team to the 2024 Olympics in Paris, France, after captain Maggie Steffens shared a post on Instagram about the struggle for funding.

Flavor Flav just promised to fund the entire U.S. women's polo team to help them get to the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, France, this summer, and fans online are cheering.

Last month, captain Maggie Steffens took to Instagram to share the significance of this summer's games.

For starters, women were not allowed to compete the last time the Olympics were held in Paris, which was in 1924.

"A century ago, the Olympic Games didn’t include women’s water polo… but things have changed."

Additionally, the team has won three consecutive gold medals and they're hungry for their fourth.

"Three gold medals later, a @teamusa dynasty has emerged."
"This summer in Paris… it’s WOMEN’S time to Rule The Water."

In a more recent post to Instagram, however, Steffens shared the struggles the team is facing to get to Paris.

After counting down the days and expressing how honored she is to represent both Team USA and women, she disclosed the hardships many athletes, particularly female athletes, face in getting to the highest level of competing.

Steffens wrote in the caption:

“Some may not know this, but most Olympians need a 2nd (or 3rd) job to support chasing the dream (myself included!) and most teams rely on sponsors for travel, accommodations, nutritional support, rent/lodging and simply affording to live in this day and age."
“Especially female sports and female athletes."
"We’ve had companies & amazing individuals support our sport alongside donors, USAWP & USOPC, but we always need more help.”

To both fans' and Steffens' shock, Flavor Flav showed up in the comments with full support, writing:

"AYYY YOOO,,, as a girl dad and supporter of all women’s sports - imma personally sponsor you my girl,,, whatever you need. And imma sponsor the whole team."
"My manager is in touch with your agent and imma use all my relationships and resources to help all y’all even more."
"That’s a FLAVOR FLAV promise.- FLAV"

Needless to say, Steffens was absolutely blown away by the Public Enemy founding member's generosity and replied:

"OMG THANK YOU!!!”
"That means the world! 🙏🏼🙏🏼You will love water polo!"
"team behind the team! 💪🏼”

And others on social media followed suit, applauding Flavor Flav for backing the defending champs.

The rapper himself has been showing his support on social media, as well.

This is amazing. Well done, Flavor Flav!
