Disney is giving movie goers their first look at the new live-action version of the much anticipated Mulan.

After auditioning 1000's of actresses, the makers of the film finally decided on Liu Yifei to portray lead heroine Hua Mulan. From the photo released this week it's no surprise why. Yifei looks like she is ready to kick someserious butt. The rest of the cast includes Jet Li, Donnie Yen, Utkarsh Ambudkar, Yoson An and Jason Scott Lee.

Disney released a statement saying about the film:

The eldest daughter of an honored warrior, Hua Mulan is spirited, determined and quick on her feet. When the Emperor issues a decree that one man per family must serve in the Imperial Army, she steps in to take the place of her ailing father as Hua Jun, becoming one of China's greatest warriors ever.

Some folks are having a hard time with some of the changes.

But others were looking forward to seeing Yifei kill it.

Now we just have to be patient and wait until 2020.

Sarah Michelle Gellar? More like "Sarah Dead Gellar."

At least that’s what the iconic scream queen told director and best friend Jennier Kaytin Robinson when she tried to pitch all the ways to bring back Helen Shivers’ frozen corpse to life for the I Know What You Did Last Summer reboot.

Hegseth Dragged After Report Reveals He Demanded His Own Makeup Studio At Pentagon

Hating drag queens and insisting on traditional gender roles is a Republican article of faith at this point.

So why is far-right MAGA Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, who has tried to kick trans people out of the military, demanding that a makeup studio be added to the Pentagon press briefing room for him?
