P!nk Opens Up About The Nastiness Of Online Trolls And Why She's Decided To No Longer Post Photos Of Her Kids

P!nk, the famous singer and songwriter, loves social media just like the rest of us do. But being a celebrity online comes with an unfortunate caveat many of us don't often acknowledge:

Constant trolling from strangers who, for whatever reason, find joy in attacking celebrities.

Appearing on The Ellen Show, P!nk told host Ellen DeGeneres about the backlash she received for posting a photo of her toddler without his diaper on.

P!nk Won't Post About Her Kids on Social Media Anymore youtu.be

After being relentlessly attacked by "keyboard warriors" for the innocent photo, P!nk decided to stop putting pictures of her children on social media all together.

She told Ellen:

"I'm prouder of my kids than anything I've ever done and I just won't share them anymore. I won't do it, I'm not posting pictures of them anymore."

P!nk points out that there's a very fine line between trying to offer a constructive opinion and simply lashing out to cause harm:

"And I understand people saying 'You need to be more careful because you are in the public eye and you should have thought of that,' and they're right. But there's a nice way to say that. There's a kind way to be online."

P!nk's fans online understood her decision and wished people could be kinder.

If you wouldn't say something to a celebrity in real life, you shouldn't say it on social media.

Many people agreed that children were best left off social media altogether.

Internet trolls have long been the enemies of people who find love and enjoyment online.

Ellen, for her part, backed up P!nk 100%!

If you were a fan of seeing P!nk's kids online, then you're sadly out of luck.

Don't worry, though! P!nk isn't going anywhere and, hopefully, the internet will become an even better, more positive place through her words and actions.

White House Slammed After Replacing Obama Portrait With Painting Of Trump's Assassination Attempt

The White House is facing heavy criticism after it posted a video on X showing off a new painting of President Donald Trump's assassination attempt last summer—that is now hanging where an official portrait of former President Barack Obama was once displayed.

The portrait of Obama, unveiled in 2022 during former President Joe Biden’s administration, remains on display in the White House but has been relocated. Originally hung near the staircase to the presidential residence on the State Floor, it has been moved to the opposite wall—where a portrait of former President George W. Bush once hung.
