It turns out it doesn't cost an exorbitant amount of money to get a shoutout from your favorite artist.
When it comes to supporting a good cause or expressing appreciation for influencers or high-profile individuals who produce good work, no donation is too great or too small.
At least that is often a tagline kicked around to encourage people to give, regardless of the amount.
Rapper Drake was certainly appreciative of one fan who gave him a 20-cent tip during a livestream.
The Canadian rapper, who is among one of the world's best-selling music artists and certainly doesn't need extra cash, was hosting a kick.com livestream on December 17 when he noticed an alert indicating he received a tip.
Without hesitation, Drake expressed gratitude, saying:
"Thank you for the 20-cent tip, [donator’s username], appreciate that."
He added:
"That’ll go to a good cause.”
Fans were amused by the tip's random amount.
