Alexis Ohanian, Reddit co-founder and husband to tennis star Serena Williams, took to Twitter to voice his frustration with the hypocrisy of those who criticized his wife's angry reaction during the U.S. Open yet have justified Brett Kavanaugh's angry outbursts during last month's highly contentious Senate hearing.

The first to pick up on the double standard was Deborah Barros, a candidate for the Alabama State Senate. As an African-American woman, she knows something about being judged harshly for showing emotion.

In her tweet she said:

Funny how a black female tennis player is held to a higher standard to keep her emotions in check than a Supreme Court nominee.

Ohanian retweeted what Barros said and added his own interpretation, saying:

It's not funny, it's bullshit.

He then took it a bit further.

People are still waiting for a response from Herald Sun Editor Damon Johnston.

It doesn't seem that cartoon will show up anytime soon.

While people waited, they shared some opinions about the newly appointed Supreme Court Justice.

Your move, Herald Sun.
