Dentists Admit They Can Tell If A Patient Has Given A Blowjob—And The Internet Is Totally Shook

Dentists Admit They Can Tell If A Patient Has Given A Blowjob—And The Internet Is Totally Shook

With the obvious exceptions, most of us assume that our medical providers only know about our sex lives what we actually tell them, right?

Well, if you've been operating under that assumption, allow us to disabuse you of it. Turns out, your dentist totally knows if you're out here giving blowjobs

Are you freaking out yet?

If so, you're not alone. TikTokers with, let's say "active social lives" have been left gasping (sorry) about it for days.

It all began with this video from TikToker Cian McBrien in which he shares the startling revelation.

In an onscreen caption, McBrien wrote:

"Just found out the dentist can find out whether someone has given [head] or not I'm screaminggggg"

Now we hear what you're saying, "yeah sure, this has to be fake," right?

WRONG!

After McBrien's TikTok began going viral, leaving many people wondering if this rumor is true, several dentists and dental hygienists began weighing in. And it turns out? They absolutely know what you've been up to.

As a dental hygienist, @Mandimaeee, shared in a viral response to McBrien's TikTok, there's a bit of bruising to the soft palate that ensues when engaging in a bit of, um, oral socializing if you will.

As @Mandimaeee explained:

"To say that I'd be able to tell if you did it three years ago? No. But if you did it recently and you were a little bit aggressive about it ... Some individuals might have, um, bruising to the palate, if you know what I'm saying."

So what exactly is going on in your mouth that puts your business in the streets?

Well, as one dentist, @thyrants, explained in response to McBrien's TikTok, it all comes down to something called "Fellatio-associated erythema of the soft palate," which sounds like a horrifying STI, but thankfully is not.

It's just a simple, harmless—if telltale—condition.

@thyrants #stitch with @cianmcbrien yeah but we aren't going to really give anyone hassle about it. #dentist #oralhealth

As @thyrants put it:

"Yeah, sometimes we can tell. And it's usually bruising on the soft palate called petechiae. But unless the patient's really young or shows signs of abuse, we don't care."

But if that doesn't really make you feel any less shook, you're not alone.

People on TikTok have been left in shock regardless of the dental professionals' blasé attitude.

Pedro Pascal Absolutely Shreds JK Rowling Over Anti-Trans Court Ruling Celebration

Transgender rights recently suffered a massive blow in the United Kingdom, when the U.K. Supreme Court decided that the term "women" in the 2010 Equality Act referred solely to "biological women.

Unfortunately, not everyone was upset by this news, with Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling even finding it cause for celebration.

Eagles Quarterback Goes Viral For His Awkward Reaction To Being Asked If He'll Visit White House

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts went viral for his awkward response to a reporter's question about whether he's planning on visiting the White House with his Super Bowl-winning team—and it seems he probably wouldn't enjoy spending even just a few minutes with President Donald Trump.

Although team owner Jeffrey Lurie called being “celebrated at the White House” a “time-honored tradition,” Hurts was more reserved when asked by Time magazine Thursday night whether he planned to attend and see Trump.

Jasmine Crockett Rips 'Lowlife' MTG On 'Kimmel' In Epic Rant—And We Couldn't Agree More

At this point, the dislike between Democratic Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett and far-right Republican Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is pretty well known.

Which is probably because Crockett is seemingly the only one in D.C. willing to ditch the Democrats' "knife to a gunfight" approach and actually match MTG's energy.

'The View' Audience Horrified After Cohost Defends Trump's $5k 'Baby Bonus' To Boost Birth Rates

Things took a turn on The View during a chat about President Donald Trump's proposed "baby bonus" of $5,000 for women to boost birth rates after co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin—a former Trump administration appointee who bowed out in 2020 and condemned his supporters' attack on the U.S. Capitol—defended the move.

Earlier, The New York Times reported that the Trump administration "has been hearing out a chorus of ideas in recent weeks for persuading Americans to get married and have more children" and that one proposal shared with aides "would give a $5,000 cash 'baby bonus' to every American mother after delivery."
