TikToker Jordan Furness put Panera on blast after ordering a grilled cheese, only for the sandwich to be cold and 'not even cooked,' among other things.

A woman on TikTok went viral after calling out Panera for the disappointment they call a grilled cheese that cost her $8.

TikToker Jordan Furness (@jordan.furness) took to the social media platform to complain about the quality of the sandwich she ordered for her son, and viewers all agree it's an absolute abomination.

Furness captioned her video:

“@Panera Bread, sorry but for $8 I think my son’s meal could’ve been made with a little love.”

The TikTok began with the creator explaining:

"So, I'm not normally one to complain, but we just ordered Panera."

As she showed the sandwich, Furness continued:

"Um, this is a kid's grilled cheese. I just opened it, like, okay... it's a little burnt... Whatever."

But she was just getting started.

When she flipped the grilled cheese over, Furness showed the viewers that the other side was "not even cooked."

"I don't know. It's cold. It's not even warm anymore."

The TikToker then shared she opened the sandwich to "heat it up a little more" when she got home and realized they used the heal of the loaf and only two tiny strips of cheese."

"Like, what? Why did they...I don't know."

She finished the video expressing her disappointment that she paid $8 for the sandwich and a yogurt.

"I think it could have been better."

Honestly, we would be completely bummed if we got home and realized we paid $8 for that. Hopefully her son at least enjoyed his yogurt...
