Meet the newest member of model Chrissy Teigen's and musician John Legend's family!

She also happens to be a hamster.

Teigen's already in over her head as a new "hamster mom" though, and she knew it behooved her to reach out for advice.




It seems Peanut Butter has been chewing on the bars of her cage.



Fans were more than happy to chime in and help her out.

They responded with tips, tricks and pics of their own little hamster buddies, from cages to toys to wee hamster costumes.




And yes, it's normal.
