Chrissy Teigen is always down for a fun time on the internet.

After her husband John Legend was named People Magazine's sexiest man alive for 2019, following Idris Elba for 2018, she knew there was gold in them there hills.

Legend said the 1995 version of himself would have been "perplexed" to follow Elba as sexiest man alive.

So Teigen said she'd be ready to see what 1995 Elba looked like.

Then pit 1995 Legend and Elba against each other.

Elba happily obliged:

And proved that he was literally never not good looking.

Well, dang.

Mister Elba, sir, is it legal to be attractive as all get-out over 25 years with no break?

Where's the required "awkward" phase‽‽

Even Chrissy Teigen had to admit defeat on this one.

Legend marks the final "Sexiest Man Alive" for the 2010s.

The decade started strong with Ryan Reynolds in 2010 and went on to include Bradley Cooper, Channing Tatum, Adam Levine, Chris Hemsworth, David Beckham, Dwayne ''The Rock'' Johnson, Blake Shelton and of course, Elba and Legend.

We hope the 2020 "Sexiest Man Alive" continues the "photo from 1995" trend.

In 2006, People created People: 20 Years of Sexiest Man Alive, available here.
