On Sunday, June 9, Carrie Underwood performed at the Carolina Country Music Fest in Myrtle Beach, and she didn't let a wet stage slow her down.
But the 41-year-old lead vocalist of "Blown Away" ended the rain-soaked festival appearance by tumbling off the stage while exiting.
Fans cried out, "She fell!" after Underwood lost her balance while descending some steep stairs.
In an Instagram post after the event, Underwood referenced the fall.
"Well, last night sure was fun! And though the ending was quite unexpected, it made for a night we’ll never forget! 🌧️💧☔️ Thanks for being awesome, #MyrtleBeach !!!"
