Lizzo is good at putting on a show, and nowhere is that more true with how she feels about constantly being fat-shamed and harassed whenever she produces new music.

Lizzo, in the past, has put on a face of amusement whenever trolls decide to comment on her weight; in one such instance, telling a person who called her "obese" that it was, in fact, her bank account that was the "obese" one; but what she didn't show until now were that these comments do take a toll on her mental health.

On an Instagram live, Lizzo broke down into tears when addressing fans about the negative comments.

"On the days I feel like I should be the happiest ... I feel so down. I hurt so hard," she said, in reference to comments dropped her way in response to her new single "Rumors" with rapper Cardi B.

"If you don't like my music, cool. If you don't like 'Rumors' the song, cool. But a lot of people don't like me because of the way I look."

Cardi B, Lizzo's recent collaborator, posted a defense of Lizzo and a call-out to all of those coming after her.

Cardi B said Lizzo's sadness broke her heart.

"When you stand up for yourself they claim your problematic & sensitive. When you don't they tear you apart until you crying like this. Whether you skinny, big, plastic, they going to always try to put their insecurities on you."

However, Lizzo didn't stay sad for long.

After her bout with letting the trolls get to her, Lizzo renewed her unlimited bada** energy.

"For the people that just always have something negative to say about me, that has nothing to do with music, or the content of my character, or me as an artist, and just has everything to do with my body ... suck my p*ssy from behind, 'cause y'all motherf**kers gonna be the main ones catching up."
