A TikToker claimed a group of bikini-clad women on a boat in Florida got out of a "felony" charge by playing Rock, Paper, Scissors with men in uniform presumed to be harbor patrol police.

The viral clip was posted by @thickbwoy, whose account has 45K followers and often features the Miami beach scene with women in bikinis.

The clip focused on one of three women on a small party boat, all of whom appeared to be White. They played the odds game with a man on another vessel that had cruised up to them.

The man's vest had the word "Sheriff" written on it.

In the first match of the child's game, the man won with scissors over paper. It was followed by the woman beating him, also with scissors over paper.

The final match showed her beating him with paper over rock, prompting uproarious cheers from the party boat.

The clip, which had over 18 million views, ended with another man in a baseball cap on the party boat fist-bumping the uniformed officer.

People were quick to give their critical assessments.
