Protests are now being held in Indianapolis, Indiana after a police officer fatally shot 21-year-old Sean Reed.

The military veteran was sharing the incident on Facebook Live.

Over 4,000 people were watching Reed's live-stream, which was titled "High speed chase lol."

Reed broke traffic laws and was pursued by unmarked police vehicles for miles while saying out-loud to his stream:

"Almost lost him, y'all!...Almost got rid of his a**!...I'm not going to jail today!"

As Reed was parking his vehicle, he implored anyone watching his stream to come pick him up, saying:

"I'm going to park this motherfucker and get the f*ck out...Somebody come get my stupid a**. Please come get me. Please come get me."

Shortly afterwards, Reed, shirtless, runs out of his car. A voice can be heard telling him to stop and another voice shouts "F*ck you!" in response.

Moments later, Reed trips and falls. He drops his phone but the sound of 12 gunshots can be clearly heard as the camera faces the sky.

According to a police press release, there was an exchange of gunfire between the two parties at this point.

"Initial information indicates the officer deployed his taser. At which point there was an exchange of gunfire between the driver and the officer."

After the shooting, a voice can be heard saying near Reed's body:

"Think it's going to be a closed casket, homie."

The shooting officer, who is also Black, has been placed on administrative leave.

The Indianapolis chief of police issued a statement defending the officer's actions.

Reed's sister, Jazmine Reed, commented that non-deadly force should have been used to arrest her brother, saying:

"I guess [Sean] decided for whatever reason he wanted to do high speed. He didn't think. He was dumb. He didn't always think before doing certain things, which is wrong...He could be behind bars, but now he'll be in a casket the next time I see him."

Countless citizens agree with Reed's family, with large protests being held outside police headquarters and at the scene of the shooting.

This incident is the latest in a series of high profile shootings where the police have used deadly force against Black men.

Reed's shooting is still under investigation by the Indianapolis police department.

MAGA Influencer Dragged After Claiming That Only 'Single Gay Males' Live In Cities

Will Chamberlain, a MAGA minion who works for a Republican-aligned legal group, claimed suburban living is where all the good families live, rather than cities.

While that notion has been around since redlining and "White flight," Chamberlain's "those people" aren't BIPOC. No, Chamberlain's claim revolved around something else that seems to often makes conservatives squirm—or, at least, closeted conservatives. He claimed cities are full of...gay men.

Tucker Carlson Turns Heads After Claiming Members Of Congress Are Having All Kinds Of 'Orgies'

Far-right provocateur Tucker Carlson weirded people out after he, in conversation with Tennessee Republican Representative Tim Burchett, alleged that members of Congress engage in group sex far more often than most Americans would imagine.

Speaking on the October 10 episode of his eponymous podcast, Carlson said he thinks “people’s personal lives are getting weirder in Congress.” In fact, he said that "some people that members of Congress are sleeping with, either legally or not, are employed by forces that want to control members of Congress."
