Ever since the World Health Organization declared a global pandemic, people have scrutinized and critiqued the United States' response, led by President Donald Trump.

But aside from his most devoted fans and Trump himself, the Trump administration got failing marks from experts and leaders across the globe.

Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden issued his own assessment of the job Trump is doing.

Biden gave an address outlining the areas he felt Trump and his handpicked administration failed in their response to the public health crisis.

You can watch it here.

Biden said:

"The President says no one saw this coming. Well, that's just not accurate."

"The mindset that was slow to recognize the problem in the first place ... is still too much of how the President is addressing the problem."

He added:

"Trump keeps saying he is a wartime President—well, start to act like one."

"Donald Trump is not to blame for [the virus] but he does bear responsibility for our response."

Biden is certainly not alone in his criticism of how Trump is handling the pandemic response in the United States.

The former Vice President vowed to give regular briefings in light of the current public health crisis—ones devoid of the false claims and deadly misinformation that populate Trump's.
