The US Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v Wade resulting in individual states deciding the legality of imposing significant restrictions or banning access to reproductive healthcare has polarized Americans.

While most US citizens were devastated after news that their reproductive health was no longer a constitutional right–setting the country back by half a century–many pro-lifers celebrated the decision and are continuing to make their voices heard about their stance against abortion.

A dumbfounded bar patron on the 4th of July found himself on the wrong side of the controversial debate when he discovered his group's bar tabs were closed out without consent allegedly due to them discussing people losing access to reproductive care in the wake of Roe's reversal.

They were essentially kicked out of the bar for expressing their disappointment in the conservative majority high court's contentious decision.

TikTok user @dirtiestratking posted a video and captioned why they were not feeling so patriotic on Independence Day.

"He asked us why we boo’ed at the mention of 4th of july and we mentioned roe v wade and then brought us the checks…."

The text overlay in the clip reiterated the caption's sentiment, which read:

“We made a comment about women losing their rights this past week and the bartender closed us all out without asking LMFAO."

The clip was viewed over 3.1 million times.

TikTokers shared their reactions to the viral video.

A user who said they were a bartender weighed in on the incident.

"Coming from someone that works at a bar as a bartender, I would have been fired if I gave my political view to any of my customers."
"Unprofessional in this line of work. No matter what my views are or someone elses, this is a business and as a bartender I keep mutual no matter how much biting my tongue hurts."

Other bartenders added their two cents.
