RuPaul's Drag Race has been on for eleven years now. Crazy, right?
Queer people have never been given so much concentrated representation. And now, with that show on VH1, we are part of a mainstream circle.
It's exciting--and Anne Hathaway agrees.
On The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, Anne Hathaway revealed her obsession with RuPaul.
Colbert gave Hathaway the surprise of her life when RuPaul came on stage to say hello.
"Oh my GOD!" she says, jumping up to hug her icon.

Hathaway revealed that she watched RPDR as "comfort food" to make herself feel better.
Immediately as RuPaul showed up, Hathaway got choked up.
And when asked what her favorite moments on the show were, she cited drag queen Monet X Change.

"Monet X Change's entire journey… How amazing she was in season 10," she said. "I really take this very seriously!"
She went on to laud the queen's growth while basically sobbing:
"And then the growth between season 10 and season 11 [she means All Stars 4] and how she stepped her p*ssy up. I felt that because since I've been an actress I felt like I've been stepping my p*ssy up. I'm just so thrilled for her and me and you."
RuPaul, meanwhile, couldn't help but giggle the whole time.
(Anne, it was actually All Stars 4 and not Season 11 in which Monet stepped her p*ssy up, but we forgive you.)
People are wondering how Monet would feel to know Princess Mia herself is a big ol' stan:

Drag Race season 11 is still airing. Six queens remain.
Who do we think Anne Hathaway's favorite is this go 'round?
