The singer concluded her two-year Las Vegas residency over the weekend, and joked through tears that she's "actually sh*tting myself" because she doesn't know what she's doing next.

British music sensation Adele wrapped up her Las Vegas residency on November 23 after two years of emotional performances and memorable highlights including a tearful interaction with Celine Dion.

To commemorate the curtain coming down on Weekends with Adele at the Colosseum in Caesar's Palace, which started in January 2022, the "Set Fire to the Rain" singer gave a poignant speech that ended in laughter.

She bid farewell to her adoring fans gathered at the final show, saying:

“I will miss you terribly. I don’t know when I’m going to perform again."

She paused a moment and jokingly admitted:

"I'm not doing anything else. I'm actually sh*tting myself about what I'm gonna do."

Her unfiltered transparency gave the audience a much-needed incentive to wipe their tears and laugh.

“I guess I’ll just daydream,” she continued, adding:

“I guess that’s what I will be doing. But I can’t do that forever.”

Fans weren't ready for the goodbye for now.

The singer mentioned in July that she would be taking a break from making music.

“I don’t have any plans for new music, at all,” she said. “I want a big break after this and I think I want to do other creative things, just for a little while.”

But while she's taking a hiatus from performing, the Grammy winner assured fans they haven't seen the last of her.

“The only thing I’m good at is singing,” she told her Vegas crowd and added:

“I just don’t know when I want to next come on stage, but I love you.”

Adele also took a moment to share that one of her biggest joys of performing in Vegas was seeing Celine Dion at one of the shows.

“I am emotional but also, just so you know, I got closure when Celine Dion came to my show a few weeks ago,” said Adele.

“I cried for a whole week … It was just such a full-circle moment for me because that’s the only reason I ever wanted to be in here.”

Here is a clip of the two music icons sharing a hug and tears.

Kennedy Jr. as the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and Fox News host Pete Hegseth (shown missing a target) as the Secretary of Defense.

Resurfaced Clip Reveals Just How Differently Trump Felt About Trans Bathroom Bills In 2016

President-elect Donald Trump was criticized after a resurfaced clip showed just how differently he felt about anti-trans bathroom bills in 2016—a far cry from his current stance.

Concerns about "bathroom predators" have long galvanized the right, perhaps most prominently during early 2016, when the North Carolina legislature passed a bill overturning local gay and transgender protections. The bill was a direct response to a prior nondiscrimination ordinance in the city of Charlotte, which had offered a wide range of protections.
